This latest updated fixed several issues and makes the app work again - at least for me on my iPhone 4s. Thanks RBC! I use it primarily for cheque deposits, extremely useful when you live a minimum of 30 minutes from an RBC ATM.

Dont update. All visa transactions are posted in double. Half of the times it shows error!!!

I use this everyday and never have any issues. My only suggestion would be an in-app calculator.

Simple to use, no problems from me. Tis not five-star worthy, but is not bad either. Please disregard all the plebeians who spam "its not login in unknown error plz fix its xrap," as most of these people dont realize you must have online banking enabled.

Account overview doesnt show!

Would like it though if you could print off your account balance off the app

Touch ID works then it goes away. No clue how to enable it.

I can no longer deposit cheques. It says it is "technical issues" but its been like this for a few weeks now. Please fix this bug!!!!!!

Constant error message and cannot view credit card info

I use this app mostly for business. Would be cool to see the pictures of the cheques I uploaded for deposit in the transactions overview page. Just for future reference

Please consider merging the two apps (RBC Mobile & RBC Wallet). Simplicity very important for users and customers. Most people with an iPhone use Apples native Wallet app. We dont have to download two different RBC apps. Instead, you can follow the example of other banking institutions, that offer just one main app. You should also integrate a side menu, instead of the current vertical sliding effect.

Ive been using this app for a long time, and while there are improvements being made, there is still a long way to go. My biggest complaint is the DI portal, which is very out of date, and unreliable.

Do not upgrade!! RBC violates many of their so called rules!! This has me worried!! I see no transactions when I had some yesterday and today. I mean 0! Nothing to show!! Where the hell are my transactions? I should be able to go back at least three month. This is a major blow when you cant keep an eye on whats happening. Feel like I am a victim of fraud not knowing what is going on in my own account!!!

Easy to navigate. Visually appealing. Too many times you get error messages for a particular function not being available. Would be nice if you could have the option to delete the garbage (the circle graphic showing credit card balances and the crap below it advertising another feature). Its a waste of space on the main accounts page and is obnoxious to have to scroll through to get to the bottom to see upcoming payments listed at the very bottom of the page. Crashes every time you try to delete an alert notification.

Very poor app. Tired of dealing with it. Dont get this one!!! Im walking to the bank to deposit my cheques. It will save me time. Zero stars!!!

Since RBC isnt making it easy to contact app support easily, Im forced to write a bad review for an otherwise good app. Since the last update, I cant seem to use the cheque deposit feature. Please fix.

This app fails to meet criteria for persons with less than perfect vision or any accessibility issues. I have vision problems and arthritis in my hands. I find this app difficult to manage. I cant change font size or depth of colour. RBC is my bank please fix it!

Can never see what my balances are, I dont know bank would accept this app for its customers?

Latest update is mediocre. Please add ability to see cashback amount on credit cards. Scotia does this why cant you? Also please add transfer to bottom buttons, no one cares for or uses RBC wallet.
