This app was so much better until they tried to make it fancy. And why every time I make a visa purchase does it show up twice in transactions. This makes me nervous.

I loved this app! I used to blast how amazing and wonderful the RBC Mobile app was on my iPhone. However, since the latest update, Touch ID has been disabled and it has been quiet the detriment to use the full functionality. Please fix what ever you screwed up and bring back the secure Touch ID to login with!!

Ever since the latest update every time I try to open the app it just crashes.

Its so ridiculous how often this app doesnt work. Whats the point of having one if I cant use it when I need to.

How do I trust my money with you idiots if you cant make an app thats reliable

Always crashes on launch since update 2 weeks ago - completely unusable

When I switch to my second RBC profile it makes it to a secret question and crashes after entering the answer. What is really disappointing theres no way to report a bug from the app itself.

Visa account shows different each time I sign in with many transactions showing twice or in both Pending and Posted

I use this app everyday, and I love it. Has worked perfectly every time I use it. Would definitely recommend it. Great!!

Since the latest update, depositing cheques through the app is terrible. It used to capture the photo quickly and easy now it wont even capture if your phone is on a tripod. You have to wait for three long failed attempts at automatic capture before it lets you take a picture manually. If you dont like the one you took and try to redo it, you must wait through three more long attempts at auto. GIVE THE MANUAL CAPTURE FEATURE IMMEDIATELY PLEASE! Everything else is mediocre but seems to be working.

This app hasnt worked in a couple of months. You tap it, it opens and immediately crashes.

Apps been fixed and seems to do everything its supposed to again. I do really like having this app, its very easy to use and handy. Humans love complaining therefore the apps rating has dropped since the update. I do understand that billionaires should be able to get an app right but Im not about to lose my mind because it stops working for a short period. Trolls gonna Troll. ; ) enjoy!

Dont upgrade if you like the Olympic picture. When you upgrade they replace the canoe rider with some loser of a picture, just a dark negative picture. You have no control of what kind of pictures displayed.

It keeps giving me a message oops theres something wrong! Ive verified my sign-in information multiple times and its still not workings. Tried using this months ago and had the same issues.

Improve: -Cant send an Interac transfer if I dont want to save the receiver. (Bug) -Better iPad application -have the possibility to make the entirety of the payment for the credit card without having to write manually the amount. -bug 2,00 is like 2.00 not 200 -received a notification when credit card is used with information about the transaction -better transaction feed with picture and more information like Monzo, Koho, PayPal or even Tangerine. -use Interac with Siri for sending money like PayPal - the investment part is really bad, look at what CIBC or Desjardins have done ...

I just love the new app. So easy to navigate. The scene at the beginning is friendly and makes the transaction more pleasant for a person. The changes make banking much easier. Thanks. Ann Lalonde

App is JUNK!! Need to do complete overhaul and start from scratch. I also bank with TD and Scotia, sad to say, they got their sh*t together when it comes to their bank app. RBC, #1 bank in Canada, APP, one word, PATHETIC!!!!

Stop signing me out after I update the app!!! I dont have my card number memorized and it can be a huge inconvenience!
