I dont know where to start

I wish this app was as full featured as their online banking website. Hire a UI/UX engineer to clean up the app take advantage of or the retina screen. Add support for RBC Bank USA and add bill pay support.

Great update to the app. Looks way better than the previous version. Hopefully it will also be stable.

Love new look, looks like a real personal banking app at par with other financial institutions. Hopefully stable and without glitches.

Constant error messages

When Im trying to deposit checks, I keep getting a NDC error message or a "lost connection" - just a terrible customer experience and interface. Took minutes before it could take a picture of check and not enough light when Im at the window - total frustration!

Account preview always has a technical issue, needs Touch ID

Many improvements but still lacking

The new version finally addressed some of the poor UX of the old, but you need to improve like your competitors and get Touch ID support already. Youre forcing me to choose between a slow and arduous login experience (with this AND the wallet app) or a bad password by not having it.
